Tim Simpson has been working with us producing our marketing photography since 2024, all done using our onsite photography studio, and on the roads around our facility. Sometimes you might see him at events too, following us around and capturing the atmosphere!
Here is what Tim says about his passion for autmotive photography;
“I see most cars as art and as an artist I like to treat them as such. I have many years of experience shooting everything on wheels, apart from competing on a race track, ‘photographing classic vehicles is my happy place’.
As a British Champion Competitor in motorsport —rallying a Mk2 Mini, hillclimbing a Mk1 MR2, racing Lambretta’s across the UK and Europe, many bike and car track days including with my Lotus 7 type kit car-I understand what makes each vehicle come alive. I have built countless vehicles from the ground up so I’d like to think that I bring that insight and passion to my photography, understanding and showcasing the unique qualities of each vehicle.”
Vehicle presentation is an important part of the service we offer, and we’re proud to work with Ethan Bennett of Deluxe Details for our detailing and in-house vehicle care. Ethan carries out paint correction, ceramic coatings, and full detailing on-site, whether for pre-sale, display, or storage vehicles.
Ethan founded Deluxe Details after years honing his craft, building a reputation for meticulous, customer-focused work. What began as a mobile valeting service has grown into a respected local business known for its passion and attention to detail, particularly when it comes to classic and historic vehicles.
Here’s what Ethan says about his approach:
“Every car tells its own story through how it’s been driven and cared for. My role is to bring out the best version of that story — enhancing the finish, caring for the interior, and protecting it with coatings that help it continue to look its best. Detailing is as much about respect for the vehicle as it is about the result. I’m driven by quality, defined by detail.”
Ethan’s services are available on request across our consignment and storage portfolios. We also offer our indoor, controlled space for customers or partners carrying out detailing or paint correction work for those local to the Ribble Valley.
Please note that detailing and paint correction are invoiced in addition to storage or consignment fees.
