Sympathetically Improved While Preserving Originality

The first UK owner invested carefully in the car’s mechanical and cosmetic condition, commissioning a gearbox rebuild together with uprated and reconditioned suspension to further enhance the already rewarding driving experience. At the same time, the Duetto received a new hood and a complete interior retrim finished to the original factory colour specification.

Purchased by its current owner in August 2021, the car has been used only sparingly, largely due to its outstanding condition. Sensible upgrades including electronic ignition and induction trumpets have been fitted beneath the bonnet, while importantly all of the original components have been retained, allowing the car to be returned to factory specification if desired.

Exceptional Presentation Throughout

Few Alfa Romeo Duetto Spiders present as impressively as this example. The Rosso paintwork retains an exceptional finish, while close inspection reveals remarkably little to detract from its overall appearance. The interior, replaced approximately 2,000 miles ago, complements the exterior beautifully and remains in outstanding condition, creating an inviting cockpit worthy of one of Italy’s most iconic sports cars.
