Ownership History and Mechanical Rebuild
PPL 370 benefits from an unusually clear ownership chain. After early years in Surrey, the car became well known in trials circles during Tony White’s long custodianship in Somerset.
In the mid-1990s, Jay Hall carried out a full mechanical rebuild alongside cosmetic improvements and new interior trim, all supported by detailed notes. Later ownership by Russ Swift adds further interest, before the car settled in Walton-on-Thames for the past nine years.
The Perfect Car For Club Level Uses
Offered today in very good overall condition, this HRG is suited to VSCC events, HRG Association activities and road use alike. It remains an engaging, properly usable post-war sports car with the right engine, history and support network.
