This signal orange 1970 911 T restored by Rindt Vehicle Design will deliver great driving adventures to its next custodian for years to come.
Our client purchased the vehicle directly from Rindt in 2017 following a nut and bolt restoration, the vehicle has spent the intervening years in private collection. The engine is from a 1971 T, so not a matching numbers vehicle however from the same DNA.
The speedo dates from February 1970 and is undoubtedly original to the car and indicates 84,570 miles.
Upon arrival at our showroom, we commissioned an independent specialist to produce an in-depth report of the vehicle which can be requested. The vehicle is ready to enjoy and is rust free.
Our thoughts
Although marketed as the entry, lower power model. It’s makes for a great everyday, special occasion car in its own right. Great in town compared many other sports cars they’re so easy to park. Then on the open road well it’s a Porsche the open road is what there made for..
This one has seen a complete rebuild so should provide modern car like reliability for many years to come. The numbers of original 1970 UK RHD 911T available in this condition and in this stunning colour surely aren’t going to be many more than this one. I was always sold on the 993 but I’m beginning to think I’m wrong, please buy this so I don’t have to….
